[How to make]
1.Crush 60g of cookie firmly and add 15ml of fresh cream and mix well
2. Spread the cooking sheet on the 12cm bottom cake container and spread the cookies without gaps. Put it in the refrigerator when you can
3. Make ganache. Put 200g of black chocolate into a heat-resistant container and add 185ml of warm cream and gently mix to prevent air from entering.
4. Pour the ganache the chilled cake container, crush the air bubbles with a skewer and cool in the refrigerator overnight to complete

クッキー 60g
生クリーム 200ml
ブラックチョコレート 200g
【作り方】
1.クッキー60gをしっかり潰して生クリーム15mlを入れ良く混ぜます
2.底抜けケーキ容器12cm型にクッキングシートを敷きクッキーも隙間なく敷いていきます。出来たら冷蔵庫に入れておきます
3.生チョコを作る。ブラックチョコ200gを耐熱容器に割り入れ温めた生クリーム185ml入れ空気が入らない様優しく混ぜ溶かす
4.冷やして置いたケーキ容器に生チョコを流し込んで串で気泡を潰し冷蔵庫で一晩冷やして完成です
